Norton St Philip Bank Holiday Extravaganza

A three-day event to celebrate Woody’s first year in the village. Enjoy the sounds of local bands and some fantastic Somerset fayre over the Bank Holiday weekend!

• Friday night is Ceilidh night with a barn dance and music from local band The Granny Smiths. There will be a hog roast and a licensed bar serving the finest local beers and ciders. Tickets £3.00 in advance or on the door.
• Saturday afternoon is Family Day with The Mangledwurzels serving up their brand of family-friendly Wurzels-flavoured, cider-fuelled Scrumpy & Western fun from 2pm. In addition there will be Farm Shop tasting stalls, bouncy castles, face painting, animal petting farm, hot food, ice creams, teas and coffees, and cold beers and ciders available from the bar. Feel free to bring your own picnic for the afternoon! Tickets £3.00 in advance or on the door.
• Saturday night sees more live music featuring several bands including 42nd Street, and a special guest to be announced! Licenced bar and hot food available throughout the evening. Tickets £5.00 in advance or on the door.
• Sunday sees Woody’s Car Boot Sale with pitches available from £3.00. There will also be a licenced bar and live music from 12pm. No entrance fee.
